In the third quarter, NEUCA reached an over 39% share in the market of independent pharmacies and over PLN 60 m in net profit attributable to shareholders of the Parent
  •  In the third quarter 2025, the rate of growth of the pharmacy wholesale market amounted to 7.9% (8.2% YTD) reaching PLN 12.3 bn (PLN 36.8 bn YTD1). New market launches of pharmaceuticals had a decisive impact on the rate of growth2.
  • In the third quarter of 2025, NEUCA Group produced almost PLN 3.5 bn in sales revenues (+9.5% year-on-year), and on a year-to-date basis: over PLN 10 bn (+7.8% year-on-year). In the period July-September 2025, the Group’s market share amounted to 29.9% (no changes y/y)3, and in the strategic area of independent pharmacies 39.3% (+1.6% y/y)4 which is the highest share in this segment ever held by the Group.
  • The Net Promoter Score referral rate reached the highest quarterly value in the company’s history, i.e. 71 points5. NEUCA constantly shows the best performance in the customer satisfaction ranking in each of the surveyed categories6. 
  • A high level of trust in the Group contributes to a consistent rise in the number of participants in the Świat Zdrowia and Partner partnership programmes. At the end of September 2025, 1977 pharmacies took part, i.e. +5.4% more than a year earlier.
  • The financial results of NEUCA Group in the third quarter this year are very good - PLN 109.2 m in EBITDA (result similar on a year on year basis) with PLN 60.2 m in net profit attributable to shareholders of the Parent (+43.9% year-on-year). To date, the results amounted, respectively, to: PLN 294.4 m in EBITDA (-6.8% year-on-year) and PLN 128.5 m in net profit attributable to shareholders of the Parent (almost identical level compared to the three quarters of 2024).

In the third quarter this year, the pharmaceutical market in Poland grew by nearly 8%, exceeding PLN 12 bn (cumulatively PLN 36.8 bn)7. In this period, as in the whole year 2025, the reasons behind such a growth are new market launches of pharmaceuticals , especially drugs from the category of GLP-1 analogues, used in the treatment of diabetes and obesity. We also observe a marked rise in patients’ interest in vaccinations, primarily due to an easier patients’ access to vaccination as a result of the extension of the rights of pharmacists to vaccinate against 26 infectious diseases, including herpes zoster and RSV, vested in pharmacists since February 2025 and due to RSV vaccinations being reimbursed for persons over 65 years of age and pregnant women. In September, 16% of prescriptions for reimbursed vaccines, including against the most common seasonal infections, were issued at pharmacies9. The number of vaccinations carried out in these facilities is systematically rising.

In the period of nine months of 2025, in the area of medical care within NEUCA Group, the total revenues of the segments of the Świat Zdrowia Medical Operator and Insurance Activities increased by 13.6% year-on-year to PLN 540.8 m, and the total EBITDA was higher by 46.4% year-on-year, amounting to over PLN 42.1 m.

 - Revenues of the Medical Operator segment in the first nine months of 2025 rose by 14.7% year-on-year which reflects, among others, the organic growth of the network of our own facilities and the effect of acquisitions made in previous quarters. Since the beginning of 2025 the network of the Świat Zdrowia own facilities expanded by seven new locations. Currently, patients of the Świat Zdrowia Medical Operator have access to 87 own facilities and 4,100 partner facilities. The Świat Zdrowia Medical Centres in the third quarter of 2025 recorded an improvement in revenues by 23.2% year-on-year, maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction measured by NPS index – says Julita Czyżewska, Vice President of the Board of Directors, responsible for the area of Medical Care.
