  1. The Group’s market share amounted to 28.7% (+0.3 pp on a year on year basis)2, and in the strategic segment of independent pharmacies it reached: 38.0% (+0.8 pp year on year)3.
  • The value of the Net Promoter Score in the first quarter of 2026 rose year-on-year by three points and reached 704.
  • As at the end of March this year, over 2,000 independent pharmacies participated in the Świat Zdrowia and Partner partnership programmes (2,020 pharmacies, i.e. 101 more as compared to the same period in 2025).

– The first quarter of the year, difficult for many pharmaceutical companies, was a successful one for NEUCA. Particular attention should be drawn to very impressive financial results, both in nominal terms and in terms of annual growth rate. A very satisfying development is also keeping SG&A costs in check – their dynamics year-on-year does not exceed a corresponding rise in consolidated revenues. In a decelerating market, we continue to produce a very high development momentum. Today, based on the preliminary results for April, we expect a slight recovery of the entire market and we remain optimistic about its development while being completely calm about our own position - says Grzegorz Dzik, President of the Board of Directors of NEUCA S.A.

When assessing the market situation in the first quarter, it is important to note the flu and cold season which was one of the weakest in the last few years, despite only a slight decrease in the total number of infectious diseases. It seems that the level of population immunity improved as a result of the number of vaccinations received before the flu season which contributed to a milder course of the disease and fewer visits of patients to pharmacies. High prices of products that grew much faster than inflation also translated into a decrease in the volumes of medicinal products sold. As a consequence, the number of packages sold on the market decreased by nearly 4% year-on-year.
